8. Cut Processed Foods
The two main things that processed foods contain are refined sugar and gluten. Both of these items wreak havoc on the body’s ability to properly metabolize and remove toxins from the body. You may be so used to having inflammation, you don’t even realize you have it. Gluten is an inflammatory agent in most people and most processed foods that have an ingredient list and preservatives contain both refined sugar and gluten. Not to mention preservatives and flavor additives trick your tastebuds, masking the good flavor of natural foods. If you want to slow the aging process, avoid processed foods!
