2. Physical Inactivity.
With the recent increase in technology seen over the past few decades, there has been a sharp decline in physical activity levels. In addition, jobs tend to require long hours of sitting during meetings, in front of a computer, or on long flights, which makes being physically active a challenge. Physical inactivity is one of the most damaging things for your body and if you are not active at all, then you could be at risk for heart disease. Exercise and physical activity helps to work your heart muscle and the more you do, the better off you are. Consider getting at least 30 minutes of physical activity every single day to help fight off heart disease.
